Company create a set of extreme strict quality management system, which is adjusted, optimized and upgraded based on the OSRAM quality manegement system according to the continuous development of new projects.
Unique and strict quality control system, provide customers with products that integrate extreme reliability, advanced functionality. Ensure high quality, defective rate of customer feedback is ≤ 0.03‰.
1. All incoming materials, including raw materials, electronic materials, structural materials, packaging materials, auxiliary materials, etc., are tested and inspected in accordance with Level II in the MIL-STD-105E standard.
2. For high technology materials, such as sensors, modules and other components, QC individually formulate inspection method according to the performance of the components, and conduct extremely strict tests. The test period can be up to one month.
The engineering production is needed for every new products, even the current product with any change on technology, structure.
Each new product undergoes at least 1,000 hours of testing during the engineering production phase, including safety testing, electronic performance testing, and reliability testing. This is the key to ensure the one-time success of the new product.

All products comply with various certifications, such as CE, SAA, RoHS, ERP, REACH, RED...
